Our Operational Capacity Development Program helps non-profit societies, Indigenous-led organizations and First Nations build the systems needed to effectively and sustainably deliver high quality, culturally safe housing to meet community need and funder standards.

We partner with organizations at various stages of their project lifespan and provide support for clients with varying operational capacity development needs, from newly formed societies preparing to open their first residential building, to established providers scaling up operations or wishing to elevate operations in alignment with industry best practices.
