Davis joined LDM in 2026 as Senior Development Manager. In this role, he manages the development and implementation of projects, including pro formas, consultant teams, and municipal approvals, while advancing community-driven development outcomes in consultation with LDM’s CEO and Director of Development.

Davis brings more than eight years of real estate development experience, with a focus on large-scale affordable housing and complex mixed-use projects in the non-profit sector, including his work with Affordable Housing Societies as Property Development Manager, where he has managed the acquisition, financing, and development of more than 1,000 affordable housing units in the Lower Mainland. His experience includes acquisitions, financing, due diligence, pro forma management, municipal approvals, and consultant team leadership across affordable housing, multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, and office projects.

Davis Austerberry holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours, in Finance and Real Estate from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business and completed an exchange semester at the University of Hong Kong. He has also contributed to the community as an International Business Team Coach for JDC West Case Competition students and as a volunteer with Directions Youth Service Centre.
