Executive & Office Operations Coordinator

Claudia is omushkegowuk (Swampy Cree) and Salvadoreños, and is a member of Fort Albany First Nation in the James Bay region of Ontario.

Claudia joined LDM in early 2026 as Executive & Office Operations Coordinator. In her role, Claudia is responsible for executive coordination and office operations support, while providing specialized insurance and business support services.

Her professional background comprises five years of experience in clinical psychopharmacology research, conducting clinical and experimental investigations into the therapeutic effects of psychoactive compounds. She subsequently transitioned into investment banking, working in the digital private markets sector at a leading global bank in London. After relocating to Vancouver, Claudia shifted her professional focus towards real estate and land management while deepening her connection to her Indigenous heritage. She brings three years of experience within British Columbia’s commercial real estate sector and is committed to contributing to initiatives that support Indigenous communities.

Claudia holds an MSci in Pharmacology from University College London. She has been actively engaged in pharma-related volunteer initiatives, including the CUBE Clinic (UK) and the Fraser Health Authority’s Overdose Prevention Service. In addition, she holds a Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course certificate through UBC.
